West Coast Painting

We hired West Coast Paint for a $2-million scope of work on two buildings containing a 228 unit senior living facility. Their scope included interior and exterior painting, trim, miscellaneous metals, intumescent, wood staining, and an epoxy coating on a pickleball court. From the jump all the way through punch list their team was very response, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure our project was taken care of. On a very complicated project they held their own and needed minimal oversight. Their quality was outstanding and the property owner was very pleased with the finished look of all of the painted surfaces at turnover.

Trevor Renken Project Manager - Ryan Companies U.S. INC.

I have done several large mixed use and senior living projects with WestCoast Painting over the past 5 years. I would say that they are an excellent company with high quality expectations, and fantastic to work with. What sets them apart from many others is their leadership and it trickles on down to their painters. I can’t say enough good things about this team and thank them for their many years of great work!

Lucas Dentel Assistant Superintendent - Ryan Companies U.S. INC.

The crew left not too long ago and my partners and I are absolutely floored by the amazing quality of the work. They were incredibly attentive to the details regarding all the midcentury construction points of this house and at every step of the process were helpful, professional, and just all around great to have around. Big tell was the dogs loved them.

Waylon D Renton, Washington

One of the things I appreciate most is the approach in which WestCoast Painting interacts with the client, consultants, and the many other project partners. Their management is respectful, composed, always shows a true desire to work together, as well as cultivate both new and existing relationships. Their field crews perform great and keep a positive attitude from start to finish. Even through challenging times they have shown to be true team players always keeping both parties long term mutual success in mind. I believe all of these are a reflection of the culture that has been established within WCP. I very much look forward to continuing to partner together with WCP in the future.

Steven Hall Project Manager – Exxel Pacific, Inc.

I have worked with WestCoast Painting on several projects to date, they are always professional, courteous, responsive and do an exemplary job. Their crews are polite, clean and do fantastic work in the field. They always strive to provide a fantastic product and meet schedule dates. I continue to request them for all of my future projects.

Josh Cochran Project Superintendent – Mill Creek Residential Trust

West Coast is known within the real estate industry to provide high quality work at very competitive prices. I would recommend and have recommended West Coast Painting to peers in the real estate industry.
